Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider, and 49jili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the platform's current withdrawal schedule, and VIP members benefit from priority processing times as outlined on the VIP page. If you have a dispute regarding a transaction or gaming outcome, you must raise it with the platform within 30 days of the relevant event; claims raised after this period may not be considered.
